I guess time  will tell if they ( Romania ) are able to escape  from their past bureaucratic inefficiencies . Given where they were at in 2017( in the minds of mining professionals ) they have a long ways to go to reach Canadian rankings.

Lets Hope they can make that leap . It will be good for their country's economy and of course ESM
