It states on SEDAR in the SHORT FORM PROSPECTUS for the New Issue June 2, 2020 for EURO SUN MINING INC.       $20,000,000.28           51,282,052 Units
at a price per Unit of $0.39 per Unit that the 3 year prospecting permit "obtained in September 2016 has since expired and been terminated. The Corporation has submitted in November 2019 a request to the NAMR to participate in a bidding round with the aim of obtaining an exploration license in respect of the Stanija property.”

They are attempting to get the exclusive exploration license because the prospecting permit can be given to any number of companies. This does not mean they are selling it.

Duh. ESM has nothing concerning Stanija to sell. The Romanian government will be attempting to sell an exploration license for it.

Here’s the point. Shareholders should be disappointed that the potential of Stanija has not yet been locked down with maybe the possibility of going to somebody else. The 3 year Prospecting Permit obtained in September 2016 has expired and was terminated over a year ago.   Maybe the procedure for obtaining the Exploration License has been held up because of governmental red tape. End of the day Stanija is the real prize which is why they have dumped millions of dollars of our money into drilling and prospecting in it.  Would it be great if we got it sure will we.... it is hard to say after all after blowing billions of dollars and being in the country for years what has this team accomplished, the government could very well give it to someone else that could I dont
