Think I have said it on here before, it doesn't matter if the SP is as low as 0.06 or 0.18 or as high as 0.35. It now binary, they have to submit the PUZ (which is effectively the last part of the SEA). The PUZ outcome will mean the SP is 0.00 if they don't get the it. If it does get approved, it is a little de-risked with financing the last major hurdle.
