The company is bankrupt and since they have not announced any financing the math is simple. They've run out of money.

I'll mark a huge loss here... half a year of Scott's salary but believe me... the first move I'll make is to go short on any company they are appointed.

So they did arrange some financing earlier in the yeat and it was announced. With the permitting milestone and this Lind entity loaning them money as they are and gaining shares of company if I read correctly I wouldn't call it done
