looks like this is going nowhere.... re: ."permit validation".. what does it mean.... they either have the permit or they don't... if the "validation" of the permit means nothing... then what happens? it looks like another lead balloon.... stock is dropping ... shades of scott moore....at least we knew what he was up to......is this going to be more of the same..... get a new financing.. enough to keep the CONSULTING FEES going?????????????

You are right, it seems we are returning at the beginning! No significant news, I can't go out as my average cost is to high, anyway I consider this money lost!
