Time for a changeI really don't know why I care about this investment of mine . It is a very small position . I think it is because I think the company can be doing much better . It really needs some young oil executives to be involved . I'm talking under 40 years old . I would pay they a modest base salary , say 250 K per year , but with substantial bonuses attached to profitability and stock performance . . I also think the company should be maximizing share buybacks at this 36 cent a share level. I would like to say that the Share performance over the last 15 years has been dismal , but it hasn't even been that good .
