Time for a change
I really don't know why I care about this investment of mine . It is a very small position . I think it is because I think the company can be doing much better . It really needs some young oil executives to be involved . I'm talking under 40 years old . I would pay they a modest base salary , say 250 K per year , but with substantial bonuses attached to profitability and stock performance . . I also think the company should be maximizing share buybacks at this 36 cent a share level. I would like to say that the Share performance over the last 15 years has been dismal , but it hasn't even been that good .
Just one retired Salesman's opinion .

When I look at investing in a company, if the pictures of the board of directors does not show people with gray hair, I get very nervous and sell. I'll take the calm seasoned vets with decades of experience every single time over the young up and coming buck with all kinds of bright exciting ideas he wants to try. To each his own.

Also don't like women. I've seen many companies go... tiits up (ha ha)... after a woman takes over as CEO. ESN added two women to the BOD in recent years. Not the end of the world. But if a chick takes over as CEO, I'm out immediately.
