Not sure how he slipped through. I suppose when society runs out of elderly folks OR when people suddenly decide that having incontinent parents requiring meds and feeding all day, in the house for 24hr care instead of working for a living is a good plan. Then LTC homes will possibly go out of business. Never mind the in home care provided by EXE. Maybe Dibah figures we can just start pushing them out to sea on iceburgs.....
