Way undervalued.  It comes with a nice, safe 7%+ dividend, so it can stay the same price and you still do well.  It's current price rise is merely some market correction.  It might get hyped over $9, or settle back into the $6.50 range.  Doesn't matter much to me.  I collect the monthly interest, and re-invest it wherever I choose.

I will be selling some today after a nice rally from low 6. Keeping a core positionfor the dividend.
