What! You stalked me all the way over here? Welcome to the Ex-Men! But don't blame me if it costs you a divorce. What do I know? You obviously are a man of patience, riding MAI for 6 years. I've found that patience is the #1 essential trait in this game. Honestly, I don't see how we can go wrong at these prices, with all that EXM has to offer. It's only a matter of time.

I have been a buyer of EXM many times in the last year or so, and usually in small batches of stock when I can free up cash in my PF. I really do not mind that the stock has been stuck in a range, since it allows me the opportunity to gain more leverage cheaply. I have never sold a share of EXM and have been buying above and below the current share price. The people that do well in this sector ...more

ok why is this stock so cheap with this portfolio of assets? just fishin wanting to know why i should buy EXM instead of others like CS or SST or ARG that pays a dividend? just Johnny

Johnny -pls don't buy in until you do some DD. Posters should not convince you to buy this near-term producer with 1.2 million acres of land in the SM's. You should.
