My positionI would like to make it quite clear my position as an investor and that is, is that I am not telling anyone to uninvest in EXN and I do not see how doing anything that would jeopardise the welfare of the company or their jobs, would beneift the employees at the end of the day.
But having said that, it is still our responsibilty to voice our opinions to management and apply pressure in that way to ensure the fair treatment of thier employees.
We can play far more of a constructive and positive role by staying in the arena than by being on the outside of it...........:)
