RE: RE: RE: Support for Excellon employees....I would like to say that it is not my understanding that anyone, including myself, is trying to kill or destroy the company. I think the suggestion of contacting Mr. Crossgrove tomorrow and inquiring as to their side of this issue, is an extremely constructive idea and I for one would be more than happy to obligue and post the response for everyone on the board.
When I located this article while doing some DD, I was not familiar with proDESC but after checking out their website and talking with a few others, determined that they appear to be a credible source. If this allegation is true, then my sweeping it under the rug and not providing it for the board to see, was not an option. It would be bad enough to see someones' human rights being non-respected but let's not add censorship to it by my not posting the information. When was ignorance ever a virtue?
I recall quite some time ago when UUU had the same types of allegations made against it and look at them today. Things obviously managed to get resolved and today they are significantly higher in value than then. This does not mean the end of the company or the world; it means there may be issues in the company's practices and if so, we, as shareholders, have a right and also an obligation to act upon it in a positive and constructive manner.
I have already emailed Mr. Crossgrove asking for their insight and take on this issue in all fairness to them.
Go to the website of ProDESC and determine for yourself if you think this organization is valid.
