I'm just pointing out your statement is not accurate as, in most cases, warrant holders sell stock, so that means there's an overhang at higher prices; about the same effect as a Financing, in fact, perhaps even worse, as they can try and time a Financing at a market upsurge, but now, we know there is going to be a lot of selling in July.
