RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What is preventing Sprott from take EXN private?I don't think Eric Sprott woud take EXN private, or do it at a premium at 10%. First of all, the last PP was at a much higher price, and Sprott probably knows the investors very well, and wouldn't want to stiff them. Second, going private would make money for the mangement team, however after that, they would probably leave, wanting to work with another public co ,so that they could still in the future get options. Sprott is too rich and powerful to run a resource company himself. More likely, if at some point that Sprott got impatient with EXN's mangement team, he would probably have Kirkland Lake buy them at a nice premium, so he could make very good money, and so would his investors. IMHO.
