Excellon's market cap is about US$4 million less than It paid for Otis gold which at the time was considered a steal. That was when the price of gold was  in the US$1,600's and before a new drilling plan at Kilgore was approved and being implemented and mineral estimates at Kilgore were increased based on reviews of previous drilling data. Add to that the value of Excellon's Mexican properties, drilling at Oakley and Silver City and IMO that's where Excellon's market cap will get to  quickly once Excellon's new CEO cleans up all the screw ups the previous one left him.
