RE:RE:Founder Jonathan Ritchey ?That's the question. From what I see most are assigned to Exro but I still wonder. It begs the questions.
Were there any mitigating circumstances or employment clauses which could potentially affect the claim to IP ownership - and leave the door to litigation open- if Jonathan's relationship with Exro changed ?
The guy is obviously highly intelligent. Was he working on a new idea, and did he have something in his back pocket which he could now develop independently from Exro ?
If he decided to branch off on his own or go with another company, wouldn't he be the nightmare competitor to Exro. Having an indepth, inside and out knowledge of the very company that he was central in growing out of nothing ?
Not outlining the reasoning for his removal from the board, and not saying what his ongoing role with the compnay will be, was very imprudent. It inherrently leaves an elephant in the room, and any interested onlooker must ask all of these questions. All simply due to an incomplete and terrible NR. Were they neglegent to include the benign reasons for this massive change to the internal dynamics of the company ? Or are they hiding something ? Until more answers are given to clarify the situation, these questions remain.
