RE:RE:Scary Day need a Rebuttal I agree that it will take some time for EXRO to issue a formal rebuttal but at least they should state that the findings of the Report are inaccurate and that they will address each point in detail. To not say anything - is not wise in my opinion. For example one point is that one of the companies they have a partnership with consists only of a mailbox. Surely, they can use that as an example of an erroneous statement.
My belief is you need to strike back sooner than later. Also the comments from Templar and SEA while good - do not address the concerns expressed in the report. Mariner feels the stock will settle down to 95 cents - this might be due to the SEA and Templar points.
