RE:Up Listing I've always thought that uplisting would lead to more interest from funds that can't invest in venture listed cos. but I have first hand examples of cos that uplifted to TSX and the stock price is now lower! All within the last year (ex. XBC, GRN, ATE, PYR). Lucky me! A couple had unexpected speed bumps but if I recall correctly none had a huge bump in stock price just because of the uplistiing. Some have stronger mgmt teams (EXRO being one of them) so I'm expecting they will deliver on several of their milestones.
All of these examples as well as EXRO, all have one thing in common - the need to EXECUTE AND DELIVER on POs, LOIs, pilot projects or partnerships. That above an uplisting will facilitate access to cheaper capital, increased SH value with an appreciation of the stock price.
If I recall correctly, they all have reasonable cash positions and should not need capital for several quarters - some will even be editda and cash flow positive this year! I still hold 4 of the 5.
The steady and sure cos. that don't issue "fluffy" press releases will pull ahead.
