You continue to exhibit the intellect of a moron. My point was the press release failed to make that EXPLICITLY clear and more importantly left out many of the important terms pertaining to said "exclusivity" you know... .like how it is imaintained!

I can assure you that the number of clauses pertaining to exclusivity cover several pages so what you read in this press release does not tell the whole or real story.

By way of example, would you sign an agreement that ties you to a particular product exclusively for 5 years if at some point during the period of exclusivity a competitive product came to market that is superior?  I think not. And I certainly don't think a group of MIT experts would either.
