First off I have been to several AGM's held at corporate lawyers offices. This is not Birkshire Hathaway for goodness sake.

It appears to me a few who did travel to Vancouver were hoping to ask questions, gather inside information. AGM is not a platform to communicate updates to shareholders, furthermore if they have material
information it must be communicated to the markets as outlined by various exchanges. I suspect management were tight lipped gor bonafide reasons

I also read multiple posts on this board that management should have held the AGM at their facility in Calgary to showcase their facilities and products. I have first hand experience with a major American Auto Manufacturer who rents space from my company for their driverless technolgy division. I can first off tell you security is high, 72 hours advance notice required to enter their space, identification and security clearance is required for approval. These companies are very security conscious and also if you have military contracts its even tighter.

This particular OEM has multiple boardrooms located outside of actual employee space designed for visitirs so that visitors are not able to access the employee work space or engineering labs.

I suspect that EXRO would have similar security requirements so they comply with their OEM and other clients.

What is most frustrating here is that most of these whiners constant complaining are not long term
investors. They are day traders or swing traders. They want to see news and sell the news. I am long and strong.

As I stated, there is significant benefit to sharing ideas face to face with other investors and occasionally when listening to or chatting with management attendees. I may attend when/if they decide to host in Calgary or post Nasdaq in Mesa.

I fully expect that over time there will be changes within the management team and structure.

I think Sue is great! No question there, but I am hopeful that at some point EXRO will outgrow her skill set too.

Completely agree Viking
