Spec or demand?Speculating is building something prior to there being a demand and hoping to sell it once built. Its betting on where one thinks the market will go. Exro is no longer a spec play, they know where the market is going, they know the demand, they know the customers and those customers overwhelmingly want what Exro has. The customers (market) get it, the investment community doesn't. Big difference. Everything Exro does is Customer driven, not speculative.
