However, it's Sue's obligation to inform us shareholders where we stand today what's going on

1rst  The announced first NDA in October 2022 one year ago! No promised news until 31.12.22

2nd  Our investment into SEA Electric of USD 5 million in February 2021 - also here no reply

3rd  What's Exro's investment as shareholder into SEA Electric worth today?

4rd  When intend Exro & Linamar to bring their in a JV developped E-axle/Coil Driver on the market?
(their product/technology is in the meantime ready to go into production)

In July 2023 Exro announced an innovation agreement with a Major Automaker, to utually explore powertrain innovations in the Company's electric passenger vehicles utilizing Exro's advanced power trains electronics technology.
