Welcome back, Fourth.  I was also thinking of a line of credit, but it could be more.
 
Look at the body language when DB was answering the question concerning taking on a Tier 1 customer as a strategic partner for financing (Min 25:08)
 
Pls note 4Thoughts first raised this issue earlier in the year.  The Box "Secure Strategic Financing Partner" still remains unchecked in its latest report.
