All things consideredI had a feeling years ago that this being a new tecnology, E cars are still in there infancy and all the recent activities are more or less a trial run. Having the absolute necessity of transitioning to EV as a backdrop, this process will continue. EV's are 30-50% heavier than ICE cars. What is on the horizon are the newer battery tecnologies(solid state), to possibly reduce weight by 50% and double range. This looks to be arriving more towards the 2026 models. That will be the game changer for EV's, if and when. Everything else as far as design including coil driver are positioned for adoption. Anything else that happens will just be iceing on the cake. I hate this word as it has been used repeatedly on the BULLBOARD, but patience seems to still be the order of the day.
