It would be nice to see a run before we need to dilute. I’ll take some PO’s then we can raise real money. I assume they will cut a deal with e if they have reason to believe they will lose. I suspect e thinks that the coil driver has some type of IP within.  The cost of court is harsh so It takes a toll either way.
