comparison to ABB

ABB, a leader in electric motor technology, has revenue of $US 29 Billion and has 105,000 emplotyees. The average salary is $132,000.

EXRO has a revenue of zero, 68 employees and a cost for employees, consultants, directors of $CAD 17 million (including share based payments). If all EXRO employees were paid, on average, the same as ABB the cost for 68 persons would be about $CAD 11 million. Maybe the 68 excludes consultants and directors

Perhaps the staffs wages along with sues are a bit too high considering the company is pre revenue maybe they can be compensated with less cash and more stocks during these pre revenue times?
