Maybe.....But.... On June 8th I contacted IR with a simple request. I asked them to confirm whether it is/was policy that current and former members of senior management sign non disclosure/non compete agreements. The question was generic enough so as not to pose any risk of disclosure of personal information. I asked the question simply because EXROs former CTO launched a company that has

Your 2 cents are worth as much as anyone elses. My point is simply that when a shareholder asks a question and is promised an answer, that answer should be forth coming.  The nature of the question and the reason for it was for context.

This is completely unacceptable. Not answering a basic question like this from an investor is bad for business. Not much faith left in this company. Lack of news, lack of transparency, lawsuit and now ignoring generic questions from sharholders. Are we all just in for a rude awakening?

If your Request For Information was directed to Jake , then there would be "Crickets"! Time to clean house of the JB IR contract.  If though , it was directed to Darrell Bishop  " President of Finance & Investor Relations" , I believe barring any disclosure issues,  your question would have been easily answered.  GLTA

It was Jake but my request followed a phone conversation several weeks ago. He said e-mail me and the e-mail was never answered. Just not confident at the moment.
