RE:Exro will be re born...Maybe.....But.... On June 8th I contacted IR with a simple request. I asked them to confirm whether it is/was policy that current and former members of senior management sign non disclosure/non compete agreements. The question was generic enough so as not to pose any risk of disclosure of personal information. I asked the question simply because EXROs former CTO launched a company that has developed technology the description of which sounds eerily similar to how certain EXRO technologies are described. He promised to reach out to current management and provide me with an I heard nothing. I called this same individual again yesterday June 28th. He recalled our June 8 discussion and apologized He then promised a phone response within a couple of hours. Crickets! I am not impressed. Intellectual property is a critical component of Exro's value. In light of the e-propelled development, one would think that management would want to be a tad more responsive on matters such as this.
