A Raise Of
350 000 000 shares X .70 would have gotten them $245 000 000 cash
350 000 000 shares X .50 would have gotten them $175 000 000 cash
A deal for just $50 mil that would have carried them @ .70 would have only taken 66 666 666mil shares
I said before it was going down till there was a raise. But now I'll warn you it's going to gind down even farther. GL

That logic seems to undervalue what SEA Electric brings to the deal.

Yes they cut your EPS by over 60%.
