For choosing Mesa for the meeting is probably for stragetic reasons and accessibility to the US investors with deep pockets.The company's technology has been validated and there will be commercial launches for various electric mobility applications in 2024.Exro competes with electric motor -related companies like Siemens, Toshiba,ABB,Nidec, and Rockwell Automation,.These are large companies that buy innovation.They acquire smaller companies that have developed new products because it's cheaper then to spend  on R & D. Some here think you work for Exro?     Not buying it.    In my view , the BOD / C-Suiters doesn't want to face the heat from shareholders so they scheduled the location , date and time so that very few could attend even if they wanted to. With sp like this, any good news will be the opportunity for insiders to assign cheaper share options for their good works, and cheaper shares for institutional investors, I am okay as long as the previously sea investors are okay, exro has to play different games now as big fish will not be messed up with. given partners like linamar are for long term game, I am still bullish on long term

Sorrenson,  Just as I thought. You haven't got a clue. You post lies to suit your purpose.  Now as to compensation, as I've challenged you before. Come to the board with examples of companies of similar size and opportunity and share those results with us.  You can't and you won't simply because it doesn't match your agenda.
