I share hrgoyal's view and I don't think anything you've pointed out dimishes what was stated.  FANS has much potential, but this has yet to be realized in any meaningful way.  Like you highlighted, FANS is in a position to leverage its Ontario license (there's no Canada wide license) and tech to enter into B2B deals, but currently there are none reported.
