Yeah different Guy.  FANS' Chris owned American Affiliate and was on the Board of FANS prior to the USD $58.2million acquisition / reverse takeover ($16.5m cash + $41.7m in shares + extensive additional shares via earnout fiasco).  He also has other venture dealings. The customer relationships he has and combined synergistic offerings were supposed to yeild extensive B2B contracts ...more

Agree 100%. Scott is not an affiliate CEO. Just let Jay run the company and sell all the legacy assets not needed for affiliate.
