I know the board is heated however some times you have to sit back and see what everyone has to say.  Let things absorb and move forward as a group.    I understand everyone is very passionate about their beliefs and sometimes get misunderstood but we are all here together and should get along.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion as well.  We should all relax and hear what one another has to say and give some time to let others comment as well.  Then we can truly see the overall picture and move forward as a group constructively.  Regardless of the day to day market conditions and business, we have to understand that we are a group of people trying to educate ourselves, probably not all professionals or probably don't know everything there is to know, we're just normal people.  This is a place where people should feel they can come and converse with others who may have the same thoughts and are looking for the same answers.  So lets all have an open mind going forward and maybe make this board a better place and one that people will want to keep coming back to.
