RE: RE: FCO........Approving Record of DecisionIt could be that FCO knows that litigation is bound to follow this 45 day period. I find it hard to believe that the BMSG will just let this go without a fight. It is my hope that they let the mine go forward but I'm sure that their lawyers need to stay busy during this economic slow down and keep their families fed.
From what I understand most every group has been satisfied including Mr Pace but BMSG disturbs me.
