Not sure where you get the 15% spread on HPC cobalt.  The spread is rarely ever that high.  On today's bid and ask, the spread on the bid prices is 5.4%, and on the ask 5.1%.

Now if you want to add in 10% Forex to convert to Canadian dollars, then you will get around the $17 Cdn price.
