RE:RE:RE:RE:E-ECobalt proxy voteThe proxy gives no numbers. It merely as for No Against or Without votes for the following two propositions:

1 Proposed issuance of Common share purchase Warrants in connection with the placements as fully set out in the management proxy circular dated January 29, 2018 (the Circular)

2 Ratification of issuance of Common shares pursuant to the Placements as fully set out in the circular.

I do not mind them issuing reasonable warrants at a price but issuing undervalued shares to financiers is something I oppose - and have opposed them doing for a decade or more. Tonight I voted a few hundred thousand shares agains this #2 item.

I actually would prefer a rights issue to existing shareholders over both the above.
