The Idaho govenor that saved Formation Cap was Ceicl Andres. I was just about ready to bail a long time ago when he joined the bod. I could not figure how FCO was going to get past all the native and enviromental groups due to the mess the previous miners left. Ceicl Andres was a three time goveror of Idaho,Jimmy Carters Dept Of the Interior head and then another term as govenor.
He was known to be very fair and was able to get things done which were a win-win for both business and enviromental groups and that is what he did for FCO. FCO may have still been dealing with law suits if they had not gone broke first. OMG!!!! he was one of those worthless DEMS.
