RE:TDI received voting packages lin the mail ast week from TD for 3 of my accounts and voted nearly 1/2 million NO VOTES.
I made sure to Vote NO on those RSI and RSU sweet long term benefits on the ballot which they can give themselves very quickly.
Why would these guys need long term incentive benefits for a company they are trying to close up about a week or so after the vote? NOTE: these units vest immediately if there is a Change of Control.
You could get these a day before the Company Changes Control and collect their value for doing nothing. I see these units as very dangerous to our financial health so I Voted No against them on the shareholder ballot.
