I have those extra NO VOTES because I purchased a lot of them after Jervois tried to grab our Ecobalt Company and our Management got itself sweet treats for supporting them.  

Do not forget that Jervois paid millions at much higher prices for their own shareholder stake in Ecobalt in May 2018 "as an investment".  This Company is very valuable and they know its value.   

Our other hareholders know how valuable it is too. Many of us are holding a lot of shares in it and we are Voting No to the Jervois offer and voting No to the new financial long term incentive units in the Shareholder Vote. 

This is a company with very valuable assets. Thank you for wishing me luck with my long investment.
