RE:ECS Something to Consider This latest PR release from Jervois looks like something they paid to have done for them. If these new "opinions" were unbiased I would think the people who wrote them would have released them to the public independently instead of giving them to Jervois.

Did Jervois spend shareholder money on these two firms? If not, then at least these would have been independent opinions but instead they look more like paid propaganda for Jervois.

Unfortunately this press release by Jervois thinks that the FCC is the reason that this not so "Friendly" merger" is failing. However, it was going to fail long before FCC jumped into the discussion because of the poor offer being made to every shareholder, except a tiny group of management who got very sweet deals, options, Jervois job offers etc. 

Shareholders are VOTING NO after seeing that this deal is not in their best interest.
It is also interesting how very few votes the mangement owns in their own company even though they had options to buy more shares.
