RE:Former ECS executives express concern over proposed merger

RE:Former ECS executives express concern over proposed mergerThis long overdue statement from former Ecobalt Officers is adding more support to the VOTE NO movement.

These guys know the high value of Ecobalt's assets and know that this Company will carry on very well without this "Friendly" merger offier.

fI you read this statement and if you regret falling for the Jervois offer, maybe you should change your vote if you can.

As I read this well explained inside view from these past Ecobalt officers, this statement shatters the few remaining shreds of any case Jervois might have ever had.

I bet these retired guys have a lot more Ecobalt shares than the paltry amount owned by current Ecobalt managers who took the "Freindly" merger offer(s) and wanted us shareholders to take Jervois merger offfer.

The NO VOTES continue to pile up.
