There's reasons they will operate African mines.

There's reasons they will operate African mines. The main reason companies have mines in "environmentally friendly" jurisdictions and also mines where they dig ore with their fingers and ignore safe mining practices is because they can sell this non-enviromentally mined ore and lead others to believe that it came from at home markets. Most purchasers dont care where it came from as long as there is no picket line outside their own headquarters.I am not advocating that this is the scenario unfolding here but it happens.Without another purchaser coming forward, this Jervois merger offer is still better then mothballing the Idaho project. If mothballing happens s/p will definitely go next to zero.
