Expansion of Russian sanctions for invasion of Ukraine?

Expansion of Russian sanctions for invasion of Ukraine?FYI from BBC on possible expanded sanctions on Russia for their invasion of Ukraine:

From BBC: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-28417698
"19:12:

Reflecting on the EU's intention to impose more sanctions against Russia, BBC business correspondent Theo Leggett says: "This will include restrictions on Russian firms access to capital markets, a possible arms embargo and curbs on the trade in energy sector technology - which may affect the nuclear industry. Although details are sketchy, this would clearly represent a more potent threat to Russia's interests. But it hasn't been introduced yet, for a very simple reason. Trade between Russia and the EU is worth more than 320 billion dollars a year."
