The Company is a resource issuer specializing in uranium exploration and development in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin in Western Canada. The Company’s primary asset is the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises approximately 17 contiguous claims totaling approximately 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, notable for hosting the highest-grade uranium deposits and operating mines in the world. The Company also has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling 11,148-hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.

spoke to pr person at fission today regarding no news spoke to pr person at fission today regarding no news releases in approx. 35 days except news on new zone during pdac, was told the reason is that the drilling was not considered material new, the new zone was considered material news , he also mentioned their were no news releases as dev and management were busy at pdac and other areas outside of Canada, he mentioned that their were a lot of calls and comments regarding the lack of news at fission head office, he mentioned since they are back as of Monday their may be news this week, he mentioned uranium stocks in general were not doing well, and that fission was still doing better than other uranium stocks, I mentioned to him that the lack of news over 35 days approx. may be having shareholders sell off, as previously he mentioned sometimes we were getting one or two news releases per week, after I mentioned since pdac share proce was in the 130 range and now its at 1.21, he somewhat reiterated most uranium stocks are also not doing well, do your own due diligence,,
