dont believe everything you hear, here is the reality

dont believe everything you hear, here is the realitydont believe everything you hear, 1 this financing is not good for fcu, if it was we wouldn't be trading at 1.27, more dilution equals less price per share 2 fuu purchase was not in the interest of fcu, if it was we would have had a positive effect on fcu and fuu shares, didnt happen 3 the 9.9% potential investor, was probably a way for management to lure in a buyout for fcu as the share price does not reflect the true value of this stock, if their was a party interested in the 9.9% this would have happened already, that's why financing is initiated now, as no investor wants to gain the 9.9% interest at this time 4 the buyout over almost last approx. two years that dev and management stated had several suitors interested in fcu is the only solution to see the true value of fcu, unfortunately to date their are none willing to buy fcu, just like most of you don't you think we would have had at least one offer on the table by now, this is done to have investors not sell their shares and keep the stock, that's why as I am writing this the stock is at 1.26 5 previous financing and stock options as well as today, seemed to only reduce the stock price instead f growing shareholder value,, 6 some of you have posted a valuation or buyout between 4-7 per share, you are dreaming big, hope it happens, but buyers don't overpay, only way this will happen is if uranioum prices somewhat reach 70.00 + per lb, the reality of any takeover in the near future is 2.75-3.00 7 the current share price is based on speculation of a buyout, and this stock being the best uranium play in Saskatchewan at this time, drilling more and adding more lbs will increase share price slowly, 8 dev and management should work more towards a realistic buyout proce for fcu with the companies that are apparently interested in fcu, otherwise it wont help the share price or the shareholders, look at the share price we are not even at the 52 week high yet 9 the delay in releasing drill results are also not helping fcu stock, this may show shareholders that the delays may be negative results, note do your own due diligence,,
