I am in No camp. I used to think like you that we had a great management team, but the last two years of spectacular drilling results followed by inexplicable drops in the share price have convinced me otherwise. The MOE has been a gong show from day one, a supremely badly timed, lamely defended mess which is being further exacerbated by the management outreach described by posters to this board in recent days. Being informed yesterday that Dev and Lukas have been discussing this deal since 2013 is the clincher. It explains a lot of mysteries to me such as why this stock never responded to the amazing results put out by Ross day after day after day. It's because the U space is a small tight community where everything is known about everyone. I also now have amended my view of management being smart with company resources because going around the world in a road show to achieve zilch must be considered illegitimate squandering. The last minute invasion of Stockhouse by Yes people is another tell. If you feel like you are being herded that's perhaps us being made into sausage.
