The Company also has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling 11,148-hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.

How about you paraphrase the rest of that joke of a teleconference call: the way the deal wouldn't go forward unless there were $40K employee payments; how they couldn't "remember" claiming FCU was worth $3 a share; how they couldn't remember that FCU was promoted as an exploration company and not a development company; ow they put the deal together over a weekend and guessed at a 1.26 DML ratio based on no actual research? Or do you conveniently forget to comment on those points? There is no good reason for this merger. None. Vote against.
