Mesa - I am wondering if such statements are verging on securities violations. You are claiming to have inside informatiom that will materially effect the outcome of this merger and are disseminating them on a public website.
That is great to here if it is accurate but I am questioning your motives here as anyone with access to this high level information would be knowledgeable enough to know that it is should be carefully protected.
People - PLEASE vote no - every share counts and we need to send a strong message to management. Don't assume anything just vote your shares.
