RE:RE:Insider trades reported ...i thought quakes was the retired college professor injured and bedridden. Now he is taking business trips?? I guess he is no longer trying to keep up the faade of not being associated with FCU management.

And the about face about the merger – hmmm obviously the hard sell at Kingsdale is working to recruit some Yes voters – so I think we need to all ramp up our efforts 200% to kill this deal

quote=quakes99]Thanks for posting that, mesa. I was away on business today and missed the Garage Sale on the TSX. Glad to see that our CEO is buying... it's a good sign. NexGen sure got pummelled today -16%, down nearly 40% since
their high on June 29th, 3 months ago. Their share price is now below where it was before the big high-grade assay hole at Arrow... like Arrow no longer exists. I suppose NXE shareholders will be dumping their CEO Leigh Curyer now.

And UEX, our neighbours with 96M lbs up the road at Shea Creek, are down over 60% since June, also hitting an all-time record low of $0.11 today. I suppose CEO Roger Lemaitre will be handed his termination notice soon too, eh?

Unbelievable! Today it's like all the great undeveloped deposits in the Athabasca Basin just disappeared. Poof! :-0

And U spot has dropped for 2 sessions straight, now below $37... so that certainly isn't helping build confidence either.
On Saturday I was pretty convinced that a NO vote was the right choice. But after today, looking at our share price and those of many other U stocks, the merger is looking more attractive again.
Fission was mentioned on BNN this morning... and the guest said the same thing as others keep saying. Great asset but capital cost to put into production is too high right now in a beaten down sector with no rise yet in U prices. Seems to be the theme now. :-(

Thanks again!

175,000 shares reported bought on Sept 24 & 25. Apparently his blackout period (related to drilling being completed) ended on Sept 23:

Looking at the trades it appears he's been buying through GMP house 74.

GMP is still buying, and has bought 270,000 Sept 23 - 28:

Broker Positions for C:FCU Broker #74 from 20150924 to 20150928
Date Bought $Val Ave Sold $Val Ave Net Position $Net $Position
20150924 95,000 63,150 0.665 0 95,000 95,000 -63,150 -63,150
20150925 150,000 98,000 0.653 0 150,000 245,000 -98,000 -161,150
20150928 25,000 15,000 0.60 0 25,000 270,000 -15,000 -176,150
TOTAL 270,000 176,150 0.652 0 270,000 -176,150

So I'll bet there's more Dev-related buying to be reported, IMO.
