RE:RE:RE:Interim Court Order - Solicitation of Proxies

RE:RE:RE:Interim Court Order - Solicitation of ProxiesI would say that - management should not be acting in this fashion.  This deal is not in the best interests of FCU shareholders to begin with and from the get go is a breech of management’s fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders.  Furthermore, given the materially different interests that management has in this deal, one would hope that FCU management would lay ALL of the data out on the table objectively and let shareholders decide without trying to force the issue towards what rewards management best. Much like management not using their shares to vote in the proposed merger, they should be very careful in not appearing biased one way or another on the vote (they have grossly failed at this and have manipulated the facts, with held information and used multiple PR tactics to obtain what is best for management at the expense of what is best for FCU shareholders). This situation is a mess which explains why FCU has lost half its value since the summer despite overwhelming success.  This situation is corrupt to the bone.
